The CreatBot F430 is recommended for cost-effective additive manufacturing with PEEK filament. Thanks to the construction chamber heatable to 70°C, it can be used for processing demanding industrial filaments in ABS, PC, PP, nylon, PPS and other materials. The closed high-temperature construction chamber keeps away all external influences, the chamber temperature is constant and greatly reduces noise. The sealed hot chamber ensures a constant ambient temperature, so that the model does not warp during 3D printing.
This 3D printer has a glass-ceramic build platform that will allow you to print smooth surfaces with good adhesion to the platform. Thanks to the excellent heat transfer you also save energy. If you wish, you can turn off the heating of the platform after a few layers of 3D printing.
The air filter system effectively absorbs contaminants and odors emitted during 3D printing, so you can safely use even filaments with strong evaporation, such as ABS. CreatBot F430 uses 25 points to properly adjust the build platform; A sensor measures the distance between the extruder nozzle and the platform.
The printer is able to print PLA, ABS, Nylon, etc. perfectly. PPS filament requires an extrusion temperature of 330°C. PPS material, in fact, is characterized by high strength, toughness, corrosion resistance and wear resistance. PPS can be used in aerospace, electrical, medical, engineering, automotive and other applications. With F430 - 420°C you can also benefit from the fascinating potential of this high-tech material.
