New FDM 3D printer from one cubic meter, the result of a partnership between our Italian team and Asian production.
Printer with great robustness, thanks to a structure totally in steel and high-performance materials. Excellent heating temperatures allow to print various materials.
All-metal structure for greater stability during long printing, the silent and precise double-axis self-built guide rail module allows XY better performance and durability.
Closed-loop control technology of the industrial grade servo motor. Thanks to this control technology, the motors on the axes avoid very common errors of loss of pitch.
3-layer print bed for better results, high power silicon top full coverage heating that effectively prevents print deformation. This layer is covered with an aluminum top to constantly dissipate heat.
Finally glass top to make the print adhere completely.
The printer was created to meet the needs of various sectors:
Automation and Atomotives: it is allowed to perform large plastic molds to be exhibited in trade fairs in order to show reproductions of articles or whole impinti. Thanks to the high temperatures it is also allowed to print parts used as components or smaller spare parts with technical characteristics.
