Protys MX is an FDM 3D printer designed and built entirely in Italy, able to support you reliably within your production system.

Its large print volume of 320x200x210 mm allows you to make prototypes or large functional parts directly in a single print, without the need to dissect slicing molds.

The printer is equipped with double index extruders, i.e. independent of each other, able to print various types of polymers, thanks to the possibility of reaching high temperatures up to 360 ° C.
This printer offers the possibility to print at the same time:

2 objects with different color
2 objects with different composites
1 two-tone object
1 object with special support
1 object in mirror mode (mirror)

Protys designs its printers entirely plug in, with metal chassis and completely closed. Protys printers are equipped with a hot chamber capable of reaching up to 70 ° C, so as to allow the printing of plastic materials that tend to retract during printing, such as PA, PC, PP and PPS.

Protys, after extensive technical tests, has been approved as an official partner of BASF materials, therefore presents all the profiles to be able to print these formidable polymers, including those filled with metal.

This printer reaches a print speed of 150 mm/sec and uses Ecoder Controll, so you can constantly monitor the filament and, if necessary, stop and resume printing.

The printers are programmed to interface with Simplify 3D slicing, thanks to the possibility of Wi-Fi connection or through a simple USB stick. There is also a software that allows the user to generate a datasheet of the printing occurred, in order to verify errors and / or printing costs.
Finally, it is equipped with a webcam so you can monitor printing remotely.
