Our company has implemented and applies the "European Guarantee of Conformity" towards the "Consumer" (End User), which provides coverage for 24 months, from the date of purchase, against manufacturing defects and non-conformities that may be detected on the product purchased. The "Commercial Warranty", offered by the manufacturer, unless otherwise indicated, is 12 months.
The warranty does not cover products that are tampered with, repaired by third parties or used not in accordance with the conditions of use. The products deemed defective, which at the sole discretion of the Supplier are actually defective, may be repaired or replaced without this implying any liability for any direct or indirect damage to the Supplier.
Requests for return must be sent to the 3dcut.it in writing and must be sent to info@3dcut.it. The warranty is provided exclusively in our laboratories or those of the manufacturer, depending on the brand and type of equipment. The Buyer, having received the authorization to return, is required to send any defective product at his own risk and expense. The customer must send the goods to be returned to the address that will be communicated.
The equipment must be shipped carriage paid, under penalty of non-collection by the collection center. The equipment will first be checked, then it will be decided, depending on the circumstances, whether to send it for service or replace it. The warranty for consumables such as lamps, batteries and the like is limited to what is stated in our product description. Shipping costs are always charged to the customer, unless otherwise indicated on the return authorization e-mail.
To benefit from the assistance, the Customer must keep the invoice (or DDT) that he will receive together with the goods purchased. The Customer can always download from the site www.3dcut.it the DDT of his purchases, by accessing the reserved area.
In case of return of equipment for repair under warranty, any assessment could result in the application of an hourly final cost plus VAT.
