CreatBot PEEK-300 is an industrial-grade 3D printer suitable for high-performance materials such as PEEK, PEKK, PEL (Ultem), etc. It is designed for high reliability and cost-effective 3D printing of high-performance functional materials. The PEEK-300 3D printer has achieved the leading position in the world thanks to a ugello at very high temperature, at the sadvanced thermal system, at a sdirect annealing isteme, to the world’s most advanced water cooling system and controlled thermosetting technology.

PEEK-300 is capable of up to an extrusion temperature of 500°C and an internal chamber temperature around 120°C, which can maintain enough heat to keep the print from deforming.
Triple thermal insulation consists of double insulation chamber, advanced insulation materials, and double PC vacuum boards. It is a guarantee of ultra performance and safety.
The air filtration system can absorb impurities and gases generated by printing special filaments, a safer and more suitable protection for home, school and office.
The cooling system is one of the most important parts to constitute the whole thermal system. It is composed of liquid cooling (circulating liquid can be used effectively for a long time) and air pump cooling, which provides cold air from outside instead of hot air inside the chamber.
