The GP010 series models are 3-axis interpolated plasma cutting benches, with fourth axis
Integrable, suitable for all two- and three-dimensional machining.

We start with standard versions that can be customized with numerous
variants, the complete design and production carried out in-house with the best

Components and construction:
-Constructed of steel, laser cut and bent with CNC systems of
accuracy.
-High-strength powder coating.
-20-mm prismatic guides and HIWIN or NITEK recirculating ball carriages.
-X-Y axis motion screws with synchronous belts -Z axis with recirculating screw
spheres .
-Hybrid axis motors with encoders.
-Height-adjustable twist support.
-Material support bars made of sheet metal 3 mm thick.
-Complete with axis limit switches, homing and emergency button on the machine front.
-Adapter for “automatic” type flashlight.
-Controller/PC communication with Ethernet port.
-Electronic control boards of our own manufacture with independent drivers for
each axis.
-Automatic machine lock on driver error indication.
-Piloted Z-axis with THC system automatically adjusts the distance between the flashlight
and the sheet metal to achieve precise cuts even with curved sheets.
-Overflow water basin.

CNC Control
UCCNC , this is the control software we have chosen to control our
machines in collaboration with CNCDRIVE. Powerful and reliable we modeled it
to our needs, with a new user interface and the creation of functions
additional, all accompanied by extensive documentation in Italian.
The language is the GCODE standard, and the tool path can be generated with
any CAM software
