METAL Copper - Filament 1.75 - 750 gr

We have introduced a filament that contains a minimal percentage of metal dust! It goes without saying that this material is as close as possible to real metals. Metal is available in bronze, copper and brass.

There are many benefits of using metal powder. You will experience a real metal feel when you touch it and you will also get that cool feeling you can get when you touch copper or bronze. As for the weight, it is about 3-4 times heavier than regular PLA which also improves the feel of real metal. Thanks to the metal powder there is also very low shrinkage when printing with this filament.

Metal filament can be used in almost any FDM printer on the market today. Due to the abrasive nature of the metal, it is recommended to use a hardened steel nozzle with this filament. It prints great even with a normal brass nozzle, but the wear is greater.

You can also use fine grit sandpaper (600) and polish the print to the desired finish. Polish the model with sandpaper and water. The longer you polish, the better the shine.
