WHY THIS NOTICE
This page describes how the site is managed with reference to the processing of the personal data of users who consult it.
This information is also provided pursuant to art. 13 of EU Reg. 2016/679 – General Data Protection Regulation – to those who interact with the web services, accessible electronically from the address: www.3dcut.it, corresponding to the home page of the site.
The information is inspired by the directives given by the “European Data Protection Package” which, from 4 May 2016, has provided for technical and organizational security measures appropriate to the processing of data, including online, purposes, methods, times, nature of the information that the data controllers must provide to the data subjects, rights of the data subjects.
The information is also inspired by Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Group established by art. 29 of Directive no. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the methods, times and nature of the information that the data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the connection.

PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
The processing related to the web services of this site takes place at the aforementioned headquarters of the Data Controller and at the Provader of WEB services Aruba S.p.A., Via San Clemente, 53 – 24036 Ponte San Pietro (BG) which operates as a provider of hosting services on behalf of the Data Controller.

Browsing data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

PROCESSING METHODS AND DATA RETENTION TIME
