3D printing enriched with resin
Zortrax Inkspire uses DLP technology. Uses a high resolution LCD display with UV LED backlight to cure the liquid photopolymer resin layer by layer. 3D printing with resin allows for higher resolution, better surface quality and improved material properties.
3D print smaller objects with Zortrax Inkspire. The minimum printable size is a 50x50x25 micron cuboid. This DLP 3D printer always works with high resolution, precession and reliability.
Constant production speed
During production, the same high production speed of 20-36 mm / h is maintained, regardless of the work surface occupied in the installation space. It produces a large variety of components quickly and efficiently using additives. It is preferable to place several components next to each other in the installation space.
Third party resins
With Zortrax Inkspire it is possible to process all the DLP UV resins available on the market. Use all photopolymers that can be cured with UV light with a wavelength of 405 nm. They are all supported. This allows you to choose from a wide range of bright colors and convincing material properties for your components.
Simple and quick settings
3D printing settings can be changed quickly and easily. For example, change the exposure time for each layer or the distance between the layers. Change the 3D printing settings as you like.

Stereolithography (SLA) has been on the market for a long time. Digital Light Processing (DLP) technology works like a 3D printing technology with the light curing of plastic. The external resins compatible with your Inkspire Zortrax contain photopolymers specially optimized for DLP-3D printers. They are designed for use in dentures, jewelry designs and other applications.

The programmable pause function is very innovative and allows for a simple workflow. First, Z-SUITE calculates the amount of resin needed to produce each layer of the model. The software then uses this information to pause to fill the new resin. So you can simply resume 3D printing.
The UV exposure times for the 3D models and the support structure can be set independently.
