Zortrax Inkspire DLP 3D Printer
Resin printer with high resolution and high printing speed. Simply connect your computer, notebook or mobile device to this additional production system via Ethernet or Wifi. Start creating stunning details and surfaces. Inkspire works with DLP resins from various suppliers. Also, you can use your favorite slicer to produce files. This device is ideal for manufacturing precision mechanics, prototypes, small series and medical and dental technology.
Zortrax Inkspire uses DLP technology. It uses a high resolution LCD display with UV LED backlight to cure the liquid photopolymer resin layer by layer. 3D printing with resin allows for higher resolution, more beautiful surface quality and improved material properties.
3D print smaller objects with Zortrax Inkspire. The minimum printable size is a cuboid of 50x50x25 microns. This DLP 3D printer always works with high resolution, precession and reliability.
During production, the same high production speed of 20-36 mm / h is maintained, regardless of the occupied work surface in the installation space. It produces a large variety of components quickly and efficiently using additives. It is preferable to place several components next to each other in the installation space.
With Zortrax Inkspire it is possible to process all UV DLP resins available on the market. Use all photopolymers that can be cured with UV light with a wavelength of 405 nm. They are all supported. This allows you to choose from a wide range of bright colors and convincing material properties for your components.
3D printing settings can be changed quickly and easily. For example, change the exposure time for each layer or the distance between the layers. Change the 3D printing settings as you like.
Stereolithography (SLA) has been on the market for a long time. Digital Light Processing (DLP) technology works like a 3D printing technology with the photopolymerization of plastic. When using SLA technology, the manufacturing accuracy is constant, but the working speed is inversely proportional to the size of the working area occupied by the model. DLP technology operates at a constant production speed, but accuracy often decreases as the use of the workspace increases. Not so with the Zortrax UV-LCD DLP 3D printer. Its optimized exposure and 3D printing unit deliver consistently high production speed and accuracy, regardless of the working surface used.
It is possible to use Zortrax Inkspire as a small batch production machine or mass production according to market demand.
3D printing with resin is a perfect technology for professionals and specialists. Create very small but incredibly detailed models with impressive material properties. The precision and speed of Zortrax Inkspire make it an ideal tool for dentists, jewelers, engineers and designers.
The small and elegant models made of resin with this DLP-3D printer offer enormous possibilities, for example, you can create detailed chessboard pieces or figurines of all kinds.
Resin 3D printers are particularly useful for making complex dental models faster, more efficient and less expensive. Compared to traditional dental modeling techniques, Zortrax Inkspire allows for less invasive procedures that require little or no patient involvement. 3D printed models of patients' oral cavities can be used for additive manufacturing of dental models, dentures and bridges.
Ring modeling, necklaces and other complex jewelry requires immense precision, which usually only a good resin 3D printer in the DLP process can deliver. 3D printing models are mainly used in the lost wax process. A positive model is dipped in a refractory casting material to create a negative mold for final jewelry made from various metals.
Z-SUITE is a special, functional and easy to use software for slicing and 3D printer. It comes free with every Zortrax 3D printer. Now Z-SUITE has a number of additional features that make working with Zortrax Inkspire an effortless experience.
The programmable pause function is very innovative and allows for a simple workflow. First, Z-SUITE calculates the amount of resin needed to produce each layer of the model. The software then uses this information to pause to refill the new resin. Then you can simply resume 3D printing.
The UV exposure times for the 3D models and the support structure can be set independently.
