    3D printing enriched with resin
Zortrax Inkspire uses DLP technology. Uses a high resolution LCD display with UV LED backlight to cure the liquid photopolymer resin layer by layer. 3D printing with resin allows for higher resolution, better surface quality and improved material properties.
    Microscopic precision
3D print smaller objects with Zortrax Inkspire. The minimum printable size is a 50x50x25 micron cuboid. This DLP 3D printer always works with high resolution, precession and reliability.
    Constant production speed
During production, the same high production speed of 20-36 mm / h is maintained, regardless of the work surface occupied in the installation space. It produces a large variety of components quickly and efficiently using additives. It is preferable to place several components next to each other in the installation space.
    Third party resins
With Zortrax Inkspire it is possible to process all the DLP UV resins available on the market. Use all photopolymers that can be cured with UV light with a wavelength of 405 nm. They are all supported. This allows you to choose from a wide range of bright colors and convincing material properties for your components.
    Simple and quick settings
3D printing settings can be changed quickly and easily. For example, change the exposure time for each layer or the distance between the layers. Change the 3D printing settings as you like.
    Explore UV-LCD technology
Stereolithography (SLA) has been on the market for a long time. Digital Light Processing (DLP) technology works like a 3D printing technology with the light curing of plastic. When using SLA technology, production precision is constant, but the working speed is inversely proportional to the size of the working area occupied by the model. DLP technology operates at a constant production speed, but accuracy often decreases with increasing use of the work area. Not so with the Zortrax UV-LCD DLP 3D printer. Its optimized exposure and 3D printing unit deliver consistently high production speed and accuracy, regardless of the work surface used.
    Additive manufacturing - mass production
it is possible to use Zortrax Inkspire as a small batch production machine or mass production based on market demand.
    Zortrax Resin Basic
Zortrax Resin Basic is a photopolymer specially developed and optimized for Zortrax Inkspire. This material guarantees excellent attention to detail with the best mechanical properties at the same time. It is available in white.
    External resins
The external resins compatible with your Inkspire Zortrax contain photopolymers specially optimized for DLP-3D printers. They are designed for use in dentures, jewelry designs and other applications.
3D printing with resin is a perfect technology for professionals and specialists. Create very small but incredibly detailed models with impressive material properties. The precision and speed of Zortrax Inkspire make it an ideal tool for dentists, jewelers, engineers and designers.
    Art and entertainment

The small and elegant models made of resin with this DLP-3D printer offer enormous possibilities, for example, you can create detailed pieces for chessboards or statuettes of all kinds.

    Dental prostheses

Resin 3D printers are particularly useful for making complex dental models faster, more efficient and less expensive. Compared to traditional dental modeling techniques, Zortrax Inkspire allows for less invasive procedures that require little or no patient involvement. 3D printed models of patients' oral cavities can be used for additive manufacturing of dental models, dentures and bridges.

    Jewelry design

Modeling rings, necklaces and other complex jewelry requires immense precision, which usually only a good 3D resin printer in the DLP process can offer. 3D printing models are mainly used in the lost wax process. A positive model is immersed in a refractory casting material to create a negative mold for final jewelry made of various metals.

    Z-SUITE for Zortrax Inkspire

Z-SUITE is a special, functional and easy-to-use software for slicing and 3D printer. It comes free of charge with every Zortrax 3D printer. Now Z-SUITE has a number of additional features that make working with Zortrax Inkspire an effortless experience.

    Programmable pause

The programmable pause function is very innovative and allows for a simple workflow. First, Z-SUITE calculates the amount of resin needed to produce each layer of the model. The software then uses this information to pause to fill the new resin. So you can simply resume 3D printing.

    Smart support

The UV exposure times for the 3D models and the support structure can be set independently.

    Remote control In the box

Just pause and resume 3D prints. You can monitor the development of additive manufacturing on your Inkspire Zortrax at any time. This is made possible by connecting to the same Wifi network.
