Forged from the Pro2 series, Raise3D’s Pro3 series professional dual extruder 3D printers meet both production and multi-format rapid prototyping needs with high accuracy and stable 24-hour operation. The Pro3 series includes Pro3, with a print volume of 300x300x300 mm, and Pro3 Plus, with a print volume of 300x300x605 mm, which meets the requirements of large-scale production and multi-format rapid prototyping.
Quality printer design that includes advanced features and an intelligent service system known as EVE make the Pro3 series dual extruder 3D printers an excellent option for professional 3D printing.
The Pro3 series dual extruder 3D printers connect to Raise3D’s 3D printing software ecosystem, which includes a 3D slicing program, ideaMaker, an open library of models called ideaMaker Library, and RaiseCloud cloud-based 3D printing software.
Advanced features of the printing platform
The Pro3 series features updated print platform features for high-quality performance and a better overall experience.
- Automatic platen leveling makes printer setup faster and easier.
- The flexible printing table allows effortless removal of 3D printed parts.
- The stiffness of the Z-axis bar is increased by 75% to provide more stable performance.
These structural changes enable the Pro3 series to provide better printing results and an easier printing experience.
Interchangeable Hot End and Extruder Cover
The Pro3 Series features an independent modular extruder with a dual extrusion system. This allows the Pro3 series to print using a wide range of filaments, reduce clogging, and enable convenient disassembly and replacement of components. The Pro3 series hot end is easy to remove, an operation that can be performed without tools, simplifying replacement and maintenance. Users can also easily remove the front cover of the extruder to accurately detect common printing snags such as filament jams.
Air Flow Manager for better heat dissipation
The Air Flow Manager of the Pro3 series is located on the back of the printer, and improves heat dissipation and air circulation by creating a stable environment inside the print chamber. Equipped with a HEPA filter, Air Flow Manager can also filter and clean the air inside the chamber.
EVE Smart Assistant
The Pro3 series has a built-in service system, EVE, preloaded with common printing problems and corresponding solutions. The EVE assistant can guide users to accurately identify and solve problems that could affect the final print job. The EVE assistant has a function that provides users with reminders about regularly scheduled interventions to ensure that printer maintenance is performed on time. It also helps reduce maintenance time and communication costs for an efficient maintenance process.
Professional dual extruder 3D printers
A dual extruder 3D printer can perform more advanced functions such as producing dual-color models and dual-material models. A professional dual extruder 3D printer will have additional design features that will result in a higher quality print job.
The Pro3 series professional dual extruder 3D printers feature single-sided nozzle lift technology with quick change. Therefore, the nozzles can lift independently and exchange within a second and without being affected by the 3D printing material or temperature.
< 0.005 mm, 5 microns
< 1 second for nozzle change
1.5 mm lifting distance
Compatible with flexible filaments
Recovery after power failure
A power failure or filament failure (when it runs out) can cause the loss of a 3D printing job if it occurs in the middle of the process. However, the Pro3 series has an end-of-filament sensor on the extruders that warns when the filament is about to run out and saves the print job. It also has a second-generation feature that saves the printing status in the event of a power failure and allows printing to continue from the same point when power is restored.
Another safety feature of the Pro3 series is the automatic detection of a door opening, which will immediately pause printing.
- Material compatibility
- Flexible printing plan
- HEPA Filter
- Touch screen monitoring and software
- All-metal structure
