Zortrax was born with FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) technology which guarantees high quality and low maintenance results. It deposits a fused thermoplastic filament layer by layer to transform digital models into physical models. FDM is the most cost-effective 3D printing technique on the market, making it perfect for rapid prototyping and manufacturing, without putting too much strain on the wallet.

Properly selected heating and cooling points in the Zortrax M300 extruder solve the frequent problem of inability to release material from the extruder.
The perforated and removable plate is a strong point of Zortrax which allows the perfect attachment of the first layers so as not to deform the following layers, moreover the ability to detach after printing allows you an easier removal of your object from the plate.
The build platform is heated to the correct temperature for each filament type. With the new Z-Suite slicer software it is possible to independently set the printing plate temperature for third-party filaments. In addition, Zortrax M300 allows a wide range of temperatures (20 ° C to 110 ° C) for 3D printing using many types of materials.
Zotrax M300 features an innovative calibration system that ensures the platform is leveled correctly every time.
A system of double X and Y axes guides the extruder with high precision. The stability and quality of 3D printing are greatly improved by using 8 smooth rods. The build platform moves smoothly and without vibration. This is a key factor for quality 3D prints.
We recommend 3D printing using Z-Filament with features dedicated to Zortrax® M300. When you print with these filaments, good results are guaranteed. Alternatively the software allows the printing of external filaments
