The CreatBot P800 redefines industrial 3D printing with pellet Fused Granular Fabrication (FGF) technology, designed for the production of large components with reduced operating costs compared to traditional filament systems.
With a build volume of 800 × 800 × 800 mm, the P800 is the ideal solution for XL prototypes, advanced engineering applications, and final functional parts made from high-performance materials.
Efficient production and optimized costs
The direct use of plastic pellets makes it possible to significantly reduce the cost of material per kilogram, increasing profitability in continuous production processes.
The extrusion capacity of up to 3 kg/h allows you to create large parts in optimized times, while maintaining high dimensional stability. The integrated pellet drying and feeding system ensures a constant, moisture-free flow, ensuring professional-quality surfaces.
Industrial performance and high temperatures
Designed for high-performance applications, the CreatBot P800 is equipped with an advanced thermal system:
nozzle up to 400°C
heatbed up to 120°C
Closed chamber heated up to 70°C
These features ensure excellent adhesion between layers and reduce the risk of deformation, even with advanced engineering and composite materials such as ABS, PC, PLA-CF, PPS, PPS-GF, PETG-GF, ASA and fiber-reinforced polymers.
Precision and stability for large format
To meet the challenges of large 3D printing, the P800 integrates a print bed with a compressed air suction system, which allows the safe removal of parts without the use of tools.
The fixed platform reduces the need for recalibration, ensuring consistent dimensional accuracy even during intensive production cycles. The machine structure is also optimized for quick nozzle maintenance and material changes without stopping production.
