The FlashForge Creator 4 is a professional and multifunctional FDM 3D printer, designed for companies, technical institutes and laboratories that work with different materials and do not want to be tied to a single type of extruder. This configuration includes both the interchangeable HT and HS extruder modules, thus covering the entire spectrum of technical and composite materials available on the market with a single machine.
The Extruder-HT module prints at up to 320°C and is optimized for engineering filaments such as PC, PA, PP, PETG, ASA, ABS, and PAHT — the ideal choice for most standard technical applications. The Extruder-HS module pushes the temperature up to 360°C, unlocking compatibility with filled composite materials such as PA-CF, PET-CF, PP-CF, PA-GF, PC-ABS, and PPS-CF, designed for final parts that require superior mechanical and thermal strength.
Dual independent extruder (IDEX)
The IDEX (dual independent extruder) extrusion system allows you to work with two different materials or colors in the same print, or double productivity by printing two identical copies in parallel. The combination with the quick change of the extruder modules makes the Creator 4 one of the most versatile machines in its class for those working on different jobs during the week.
Heated chamber for technical materials
The advanced thermal control system keeps the build chamber at a constant temperature of 65°C, reducing the thermal contraction of the model during printing and avoiding warping and cracking typical of ABS, PC, PA, and other technical filaments. This results in a more consistent print quality and a significantly higher success rate than printers without an actively heated chamber.
Large print volume and monitoring
With a print area of 400×350×500 mm, the Creator 4 offers generous vertical space, enough for most professional production needs. The built-in camera with remote control allows you to monitor the print remotely, while the HEPA 13 air filter (filtration efficiency up to 99.97%) keeps the working environment clean even during prolonged sessions with technical materials.
