Warranty
Our company has implemented and applies the “European Guarantee of Conformity” towards the “Consumer” (end user), which provides coverage for 24 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects and non-conformities that may be detected on the purchased product. The “Commercial Warranty” offered by the manufacturer, unless otherwise stated, is 12 months.
The warranty does not cover products that have been tampered with, repaired by third parties or used in a way that does not comply with the conditions of use provided. Products deemed defective, which at the sole discretion of the Supplier are actually defective, may be repaired or replaced without this entailing any liability for any direct or indirect damage for the Supplier.
Orders
All orders placed with 3DCUT.IT are considered irrevocable and binding and are accepted exclusively with advance payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties which provides for a method of payment with deposit and balance.
The payment of advances and/or deposits constitutes formal acceptance of the order and start of the order. In the event of withdrawal, cancellation or failure to complete the order for reasons attributable to the customer, 3DCUT.IT shall be entitled to withhold 75% of the sums paid as a penalty, without prejudice to the right to request compensation for any greater damage.
Orders relating to customised, on-demand or order-based products may not be cancelled under any circumstances without the written consent of 3DCUT.IT.
Any exceptions to these terms and conditions shall only be valid if agreed in writing and signed by both parties.
Returns
Return requests must be sent to 3dcut.it in writing to the email address info@3dcut.it. The Purchaser, upon receipt of the return authorization, is required to ship any defective product at his own risk and expense.
The Customer must send the goods to be returned in the original packaging to the address that will be communicated.
The equipment will first be checked, and then a decision will be made, depending on the circumstances, whether to send it in for service or replace it.
The financial refund will take place within 90 days of acceptance.
In the event of the return of equipment for repair under warranty, any assessment may result in the application of an hourly final cost plus VAT.
Support
To request the arrangement of 3D printers still sold under warranty, you will have to send a very detailed email to support@3dcut.it address and you will have to insert photos and videos as clear as possible. Our technical team will respond as soon as possible to solve the problem; if the problem encountered is the work of the Customer, the working hours will be charged.
The warranty only sells the shipment of the parts, while on-site assistance or replacement of the parts at our laboratory must be agreed, which if not agreed before purchase will be accounted for in the final balance.
For 3D printers out of warranty or purchased from third parties, the procedure requires that a very detailed email be sentto the support@3dcut.it address containing photos and videos as clear as possible. Our technical team will respond as soon as possible with a suitable proposal.
