BASF Ultracur3D EL 150
BASF Ultracur3D EL 150 is a reactive urethane photopolymer designed by Forward AM for applications that require elasticity and versatility. This resin is characterized by a medium softness (Shore 77 A) and offers an excellent combination of torsional strength, elongation at break and durability in rebound. These characteristics make it particularly suitable for a diverse range of dynamic applications.

Rebound behavior
BASF’s Ultrasim® material model is used to simulate the behavior of flexible materials. This model can be adapted to accurately reflect the bounce behavior based on the energy dissipation of the material. This feature is particularly useful for engineers and designers in the design and testing phase of new products, ensuring that the materials chosen meet the required specifications under real-world operating conditions.
