Creality Falcon2 Pro 60W — Modular Diode Laser Engraver for Manufacturing
The Creality Falcon2 Pro 60W is a fully enclosed diode laser engraver and cutter designed for advanced hobbyists, small businesses, and professionals who need high cutting power without switching to a CO2 laser. The 60W laser module cuts up to 22mm of basswood, 30mm of black acrylic, and even 0.2mm of stainless steel sheet in one step — some of the highest performance in its class.
The 60W power is obtained by combining twelve 5.5W laser diodes in a single beam using FAC point compression technology, ensuring high-level cutting performance and engraving precision. The modular three-power system (22W/40W/60W) allows you to adjust the beam via software or directly from the machine, adapting the power to the material being processed without having to change machine or accessories.
Large work area and integrated chamber
The 400×400 mm work area conveniently accommodates standard 12×12-inch sizes for most sheet materials, while the built-in HD camera for automatic positioning allows multiple materials to be processed in batches, placing designs directly on scrap to maximize material utilization.
1.6W bonus module for photographic detail
In addition to the 60W main module, the Falcon2 Pro includes an additional 1.6W laser module with ultra-fine laser spot (0.06×0.06 mm), specifically designed for ultra-high-resolution photo engraving — effectively two professional machines in one package, for those who work with both heavy cutting and fine detail.
Class 1 safety and continuous use
The fully enclosed “safe-box” style structure meets FDA Class 1 safety standards: the transparent lid filters laser light (no glasses required) and automatically pauses when opened during operation. Built-in fan, LED work light and air assist are automatically activated when the lid is closed, for clean and continuous operation even in shared environments.
