xTool F2 Ultra Dual — Laser 60W MOPA + 40W Diode for Metal and Organic Materials
The xTool F2 Ultra Dual is the most versatile benchtop laser in the xTool range: it combines a 60W MOPA fiber laser, dedicated to metal, and a 40W diode laser for wood, acrylic, leather and cardboard in a single machine. It is the first engraver in the world to integrate this combination with artificial intelligence, designed for those who do not want to choose between a fiber laser and a diode, but have both in the same workstation.
The 60W MOPA laser allows you to cut metals up to 5 times thicker than a 20W fiber laser — up to 2mm of stainless steel, brass and titanium — as well as engrave over 100 vivid and repeatable colors on stainless steel and titanium. The 40W diode laser works in parallel on organic materials, cutting up to 23mm of wood and 20mm of acrylic in multiple passes, with clean edges and minimal burns.
One machine, two processing worlds
The real strength of the F2 Ultra Dual is the absence of compromises: you don’t need to own two separate machines to serve customers who ask for both metal and wood or acrylic parts. The change between the two lasers is managed by the software, allowing you to alternate the processes on the same project or on different orders without prolonged machine downtime.
Speed and accuracy with dual AI cameras
With an engraving speed of up to 15,000 mm/s, the F2 Ultra Dual dramatically reduces production time compared to traditional fiber and diode lasers. The 48MP AI dual camera system ensures a positioning accuracy of 0.2 mm, ideal for small and detailed machining, with real-time preview of the machining path directly on the material.
Expandable work area and safety
The standard 220×220 mm working area is expandable up to 220×500 mm with the optional automatic conveyor belt, to handle urgent volume orders without continuous manual intervention. The structure is completely enclosed, with Class 4 safety certification and integrated protections for safe professional use.
