The Creality Falcon2 Pro 22W is a fully enclosed diode laser engraver and cutter, designed for those looking for the ideal balance between cutting power and detail accuracy. It is the entry-level version of the Falcon2 Pro range, suitable for those who are just starting out in professional laser engraving without needing the brute power of the 40W or 60W models.
The laser module combines four diodes of 6W each, joined via FAC (Fast Axis Collimation) technology into a single 22W beam of optical power. The advantage of this configuration is a smaller and more accurate laser spot (0.08×0.1 mm) than the most powerful modules in the range, which results in sharper engraving results — ideal for those who often work on fine details as well as sharp cuts.
Balanced cutting performance
Despite being the least powerful model in the Falcon2 Pro family, the 22W module cuts up to 15mm of basswood, 10mm of black acrylic, and marks stainless steel down to 0.2mm in one pass — numbers that put it at the high end of prosumer diode lasers, enough for most craft and decoration projects.
360° view and intelligent monitoring
The fully transparent cover with curved surface allows you to observe the processing from any angle, while the integrated camera from above ensures precise alignment of the project, even on already processed or waste materials, reducing waste in batch production. The triple monitoring system (airflow, lens, flame) prevents lens breakage and fire risks, maintaining a constant cut quality over time.
Five-level Class 1 safety
The transparent red filtering panel absorbs the wavelength of the laser, allowing you to observe the engraving with the naked eye without protective glasses while the door remains closed.
