With the same Low Force Display™ engine as the Form 4 but 4.6 times the build volume, the Form 4L produces large parts in less than 6 hours. Unlike traditional laser systems, the LFD engine cures each layer of resin evenly across the platform, regardless of size or number of parts — with tight tolerances that ensure true-to-design results, print after print.
Automatic post-processing sized for large format
The Form Wash L uses a high-powered impeller to circulate solvent around large-format parts, ensuring deep cleaning even in the most complex internal geometries. The Form Cure L applies uniform 360° UV and thermal profiles, specifically sized to handle the Form 4L’s 35cm height — preventing the warping typical of manual curing on bulky models. The entire post-processing cycle takes about fifteen minutes, thanks to the Flex worktable’s quick-release system.
