The Formlabs Form 4L Premium Pack is the most complete configuration for those working on large-format parts who can’t afford downtime between production runs. With the same Low Force Displayâ„¢ engine as the Form 4 but 4.6 times the build volume, the Form 4L produces large parts in less than 6 hours — a speed that is impossible to achieve with traditional laser systems at volumes of this scale.
The Premium Pack doubles the key elements of the workflow — resin tank, mixer, worktable, and Form Wash L — so you can start a new print while the previous one is still in post-processing. On large-format parts, where each cleaning and curing cycle takes longer, this redundancy results in significantly more throughput than a single setup.
Curing sized for pieces up to 35cm
The included Form Cure L applies uniform 360° UV and thermal profiles, specifically sized to handle the Form 4L’s maximum height of 35cm — preventing the warping and residual stresses typical of manual curing on large models. Together with the Form Wash L, which uses a high-powered impeller for deep cleaning of even the most complex geometries, post-processing of the entire part takes approximately fifteen minutes.
Accuracy maintained across the scale
With a 46-micron LED pixel, the Form 4L ensures razor-sharp part quality even on bulky parts. The LFD engine cures each layer quickly regardless of the size or number of parts on the platform, maintaining tight tolerances print after print — no compromise between scale and accuracy.
