Magigoo PRO PPGF Adhesive 50 ml: User Guide and Warnings
Magigoo PRO PPGF Adhesive 50 ml has been designed to work exclusively with Fiberglass Reinforced Polypropylene (PPGF) filaments. This adhesive is ideal for professional use, ensuring that prints adhere to the heated print bed and allowing for easy removal of prints once cooled. This adhesive acts as a thermally activated interfacial layer, enhancing the molecular interactions between the print bed and the print materials, eliminating the need for tools to remove prints.
Instructions for use
- Preparation:
- Shake the bottle vigorously to ensure even mixing of the contents.
- Application:
- Apply the adhesive to the desired area of the print bed by pressing the tip to activate the internal valve.
- Spread a thin layer evenly over the selected area.
- Printing:
- Print following the filament supplier’s recommended print temperatures.
- Temperature adjustment: If necessary, start at the minimum recommended settings and increase the bed temperature in 5 °C increments to find the optimal conditions.
- Removing the printout:
- Allow the print to cool down. A temperature reduction of 30-40 °C will generally be enough to remove the print without any effort.
- The print should automatically detach once cooled, without the need for tools.
- Cleaning:
- Clean the print bed with a damp cloth before applying the adhesive again, especially for long prints or with difficult materials.
Note
- Optimal performance is achieved by applying a thin layer of adhesive. Cleaning and reapplication between two prints is recommended to ensure reliable results.
- Print test: To find the optimal temperature, use standard test printouts and adjust the temperature of the print bed in 5°C increments.
Safety Warnings
- The use of this product is exclusively recommended for filaments made of Polypropylene reinforced with Fiberglass. Using it with other materials may not guarantee the desired results.
