Magigoo Pro HT Adhesive 50 ml is a professional adhesive specifically designed for 3D printing with high-temperature materials such as PEEK. These advanced engineering thermoplastics offer mechanical and chemical stability at elevated temperatures and are used in high-performance engineering applications, including automotive, aerospace, chemical, petrochemical, medical, and research.

Instructions for use
- Preparation:
- Shake the bottle vigorously to ensure even mixing of the contents.
- Application:
- Apply the adhesive to the desired area of the print bed by pressing the tip to activate the internal valve.
- Spread the adhesive evenly over the selected area.
- Printing:
- Print according to the specifications of the filament or printer.
- Printing conditions: Magigoo Pro HT has been designed to work on print beds at temperatures up to 150 °C.
- Removing the printout:
- Allow the print to cool down. The part should come off easily once cooled.
- Cleaning:
- Wipe the print bed with a damp cloth to remove any adhesive residue.
Note
- For larger prints: A 20mm brim is recommended to improve adhesion and reduce warping.
- Use with PEEK only: Using Magigoo Pro HT with materials other than PEEK may cause over-adhesion and damage the print surface.
Safety Warnings
- P264: Wash thoroughly with plenty of water after use.
- P280: Wear protective gloves/clothing and eye/face protection.
- P305+P351+P338: In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly for several minutes. Remove any contact lenses if it is easy to do so and continue to rinse.
- P337+P313: If eye irritation persists, seek medical attention.
