The xTool F1 is the world’s first truly portable galvanometer laser engraver to integrate a 10W (455 nm) diode laser and a 2W (1064 nm) infrared laser into a single machine. The real strength of the F1 is the dual galvanometer technology: unlike traditional lasers where the entire laser module physically moves, here it is two precision mirrors that deflect the beam along the X and Y axes, increasing the engraving speed by up to 10 times compared to a classic mechanically moving laser. The result is a maximum speed of 4000 mm/s, which allows a project to be completed in a fraction of the time required by competing machines.
Two lasers, one intelligent machine
The 10W diode laser engraves sharp lines on wood, leather, glass, stone and paper, and its power is also sufficient to cut the material directly after engraving — up to 8mm of wood and 5mm of acrylic. The 2W infrared laser works on metals, plastics and black acrylic, materials that the blue diode cannot effectively treat. The transition between the two lasers takes place automatically and transparently during processing, without manual intervention.
Industrial precision in pocket size
Thanks to the industrial-grade TRUE galvanometer system, the F1 achieves a movement accuracy of 0.00199 mm and a repeated positioning accuracy of 0.000248 mm — values typical of much bulkier machines. The autofocus (with manual option) speeds up setup, while the quick preview of the project, in both rectangle and contour modes, allows precise positioning before starting engraving.
Safety wherever you work
The fully closed and locked lid protects the eyes from laser light and contains fumes and odors generated during processing, meeting Class 4 safety standards with integrated protection equivalent to a Class 1 environment for the operator.
