xTool F1 Ultra — 20W Fiber + 20W Diode Laser Engraver, the World’s First
The xTool F1 Ultra is the world’s first laser engraver to combine two 20W sources — a 20W (1064 nm) fiber laser and a 20W (455 nm) blue diode laser — into one compact, fully enclosed machine. It’s the natural evolution of the xTool F1, designed for those who need to go beyond the diode and work with metal seriously, without sacrificing versatility on organic materials.
The 20W fiber laser directly engraves on bare metals such as steel, aluminum, brass, gold, silver, and titanium, with the ability to achieve color engravings on stainless steel via laser oxidation. The 20W diode laser works in parallel on wood, leather, acrylic, and other organic materials, cutting up to 15mm of basswood and 12mm of black acrylic in multiple passes.
Speeds up to 10,000 mm/s
Thanks to the latest generation of galvo technology, the F1 Ultra achieves an engraving speed of up to 10,000 mm/s — 2.5 times faster than the already fast xTool F1 — with a movement accuracy of 0.0019 mm. The laser dot compressed to 0.03×0.03 mm on the fiber provides exceptional resolution on metal, while the 0.08×0.1 mm dot on the diode accurately handles fine details on organic materials.
3D engraving and batch production
With 20W of power on both sources, the F1 Ultra handles multi-level 3D engravings, deep reliefs, and embossing on metal, wood, and even stone — jobs that require sustained power, not just speed. The built-in 16MP smart camera automatically recognizes shapes on the optional conveyor belt, filling patterns on each piece seamlessly and completing entire batches in minutes.
Expandable workspace and touch control
The standard 220×220 mm work area — the largest among desktop fiber lasers — is expandable up to 220×500 mm with the automatic conveyor belt. The integrated touch control panel stores up to 7GB of project files and allows you to manage engraving and cutting independently, without the need for a connected computer.
