Ultrafuse TPU 95A is an excellent choice for wear and tear applications due to its outstanding abrasion resistance. Parts printed with this material are distinguished by high elongation at break, very good adhesion between layers and good resistance to oils and industrial chemicals.
Building on the legacy of BASF’s decades of experience in flexible materials, this material is based on the proven thermoplastic polyurethane Elastollan, which ensures maximum reliability, consistent product quality and cost efficiency.

Guidelines for Printing
- Nozzle temperature: 210-230°C
- Bed temperature: 40°C
- Build Chamber Temperature: Closed, passively heated chamber
- Nozzle diameter: ≥ 0.4 mm
- Printing speed: 15-40 mm/s
- Changing the bed: Suitable for different types of print bed (preferably glass)
