Magigoo PRO PP Adhesive 50 ml: User Guide and Warnings
Magigoo PRO PP Adhesive 50 ml is an adhesive designed specifically for professional use with polypropylene (PP) filaments. Polypropylene is a thermoplastic semi-crystalline polymer known for its impact resistance and ductility. Its non-polar molecular structure makes it resistant to chemicals, ideal for food packaging and medical equipment, but difficult to print and adhere to other materials. Magigoo PRO PP facilitates 3D printing with PP filaments, ensuring good adhesion during printing and easy removal after cooling.
Instructions for use
- Preparation:
- Shake the bottle vigorously to ensure even mixing of the contents.
- Application:
- Apply the adhesive to the desired area of the print bed by pressing the spring on the bed to activate the internal valve.
- Spread the adhesive evenly over the selected area.
- Printing:
- Print according to the filament or printer manufacturer’s recommendations.
- Removing the printout:
- Allow the print to cool down. After proper cooling, the print should be easily removable.
- If you have difficulty removing it, use a scraper or similar tool to facilitate the process.
- Cleaning:
- Use a damp, hard sponge to remove glue residue.
- White layer formation: When the adhesive layer is wet, a white layer forms that can be easily removed with a sponge.
- Final cleaning: Once the adhesive layer has been removed, wipe with a damp cloth and finally dry with a paper towel.
Note
- For larger prints, we recommend using a 20mm wide multi-layer edge.
- In case of excessive adhesion, lightly moisten the print bed with water.
Safety Warnings
- P264 – Wash hands thoroughly after use.
- P280 – Wear protective gloves/clothing and protect your eyes/face.
- P305+P351+P338 – IF IN EYES: Rinse thoroughly for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if it is easy to do so and continue rinsing.
- P337+P313 – If eye irritation persists, seek medical attention.
