xTool P3 80W — Professional High Speed CO2 Laser
The xTool P3 80W is the flagship CO2 laser in the xTool range, designed for those who have pushed the limits of a desktop laser and are looking for semi-professional power, speed and automation. With an 80W CO2 tube, a working area of 914×457 mm — 2.3 times larger than its predecessor P2S — and a maximum speed of 1200 mm/s, the P3 cuts up to 20 mm of solid wood and 25 mm of acrylic in a single pass, tackling thicknesses and materials that a diode laser simply cannot process.
Unlike entry-level diode lasers, the P3 uses a 10,600 nm CO2 tube, the only technology that can cut clear acrylic with clean edges and without excessive charring. It is the best choice for small labs, product customization tasks, signage, and those who work in batches on wood, leather, fabric, and acrylic.
Intelligent automation: the ACSâ„¢ system
The real leap over traditional CO2 lasers is the “position and go” workflow: the ACSâ„¢ system combines auto-positioning via dual HD cameras (16MP), autofocus, LiDAR telemetry and an AutoLift motorized base that automatically adjusts the height up to 220 mm — eliminating manual focus calculations and drastically reducing setup waste. The 4-camera vision system also ensures complete safety monitoring during processing.
Security and productivity
Despite its industrial power, the P3 retains Class 1 safety certification, thanks to a fully enclosed enclosure with active detection and shutdown in the event of a fire — no laser goggles required. The optional automatic conveyor belt and RA3 rotary accessory with 3D mapping allow you to scale production to batches and cylindrical parts without changing machines.
