BASF Ultrafuse TPS 90A
Filament with Exceptional Soft Touch Non-slip
Ultrafuse TPS 90A has been specially developed for the manufacture of fused filaments, offering an exceptionally soft-touch surface and anti-slip properties. This material is ideal for the production of appliance handles and gaskets in small series due to its low moisture intake and strong adhesion between layers.
Ultrafuse TPS 90A is an elastomer based on the raw material SEBS. The combination of durable and flexible building blocks results in a very versatile material. Compared to other flexible 3D printing materials, Ultrafuse TPS 90A offers rubber-like tactility and better anti-slip properties. In addition, the material shows a reduced moisture intake, allowing printing without pre-drying.
Parts printed with this material have almost no visible layers or warping, making it an excellent choice for end-use parts.
