BASF Ultrafuse 316L
Stainless Steel Composite Filament for 3D Printers
Ultrafuse 316L is an innovative filament to produce 316L grade stainless steel parts.
Ultrafuse 316L is designed for extremely easy handling on conventional 3D printers to fabricate fused filaments. BASF Ultrafuse 316L combines greater design freedom with a lower total cost of ownership, making printing metal parts easier, faster and more accessible. Parts printed with Ultrafuse 316L achieve their final properties, including hardness and strength, through the process of catalytic debinding and sintering. Catalytic debinding technology, developed and introduced by BASF, has emerged as the industry standard.
